?      CRYSTA-Apex S500/700/900系列是實(shí)現(xiàn)了高精度(1.7μm)、高速度和高加速度的CNC三坐標(biāo)測(cè)量機(jī)。本系列有適合不同工件尺寸的多種型號(hào),使測(cè)量更具靈活性。

?      檢測(cè)各軸位置的標(biāo)尺配有高精度三豐專用線性編碼器,具有極高的檢測(cè)功能和高精度控制功能,通過各種結(jié)構(gòu)、控制、零件加工和組裝等技術(shù)實(shí)現(xiàn)高精度測(cè)量。

?      安裝主機(jī)地點(diǎn)的地板振動(dòng)可能導(dǎo)致測(cè)量值的變化,CRYSTA-Apex S500/700/900系列可以安裝選件自動(dòng)調(diào)平的空氣彈簧隔振臺(tái),隔振臺(tái)不僅可以隔離地板振動(dòng)對(duì)主機(jī)的影響,還可以使用傳感器檢測(cè)由于坐標(biāo)軸移動(dòng)或者工件放置引起的負(fù)載變化,并能快速將三坐標(biāo)主機(jī)調(diào)水平。
