結(jié)合互補成像模式:Axio Observer 研究級主機擁有可與多種技術(shù)相結(jié)合的界面,從寬視場透射到使用Apotome.2的3D 光切技術(shù),以及使用LSM 880 和Airyscan的超高分辨率成像技術(shù)。

Autoimmersion 自動浸沒

Axio Observer 倒置顯微鏡的自動浸沒功能能夠自動地建立和維持液體介質(zhì)。在高要求的長時間延時實驗中您依然能獲優(yōu)質(zhì)的成像。

Axio Observer倒置顯微鏡使用了強勁的壓電馬達,將液體介質(zhì)從一個小儲水罐泵到物鏡轉(zhuǎn)盤上的噴嘴。

只需按下按鈕,合適量的液體介質(zhì)就會噴到正在使用的水鏡鏡頭上。
