Hugetall洛氏標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊在制造工藝過(guò)程中,每一塊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊都需獲得必要的均質(zhì)性、組織穩(wěn)定性和表面硬度的均勻性。每一塊待標(biāo)定的金屬塊的厚度不會(huì)小于 6 mm,常規(guī)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊厚度為616mm。隨著壓痕數(shù)目的增加,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊的硬度會(huì)發(fā)生變化,為減少此影響我們生產(chǎn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊厚度不會(huì)小于12 mm

 

我們生產(chǎn)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊均無(wú)磁性,保證對(duì)鋼制的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊,在其制造工藝結(jié)束( 標(biāo)走前)均要經(jīng)過(guò)退磁處理。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊表面平面度的允許偏差不會(huì)超過(guò)0.01 mm,其支承面應(yīng)無(wú)凸起現(xiàn)象。標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊平行度的允許偏差不會(huì)超過(guò)0.02 mm/50 mm,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊的試驗(yàn)面和支承面不會(huì)有影響壓痕測(cè)量的缺陷,如凹痕、劃傷、氧化皮等。 試驗(yàn)面表面粗糙度參數(shù) Ra 不會(huì)超過(guò)0.0003 mm;支承面不會(huì)超過(guò)0.0008 mm;取樣長(zhǎng)度為0.8mm(見(jiàn)GB/T 3505)。

 

Hugetall為檢查其后不從標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊上去除任何材料,標(biāo)定時(shí)在標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊上標(biāo)注了其厚度,準(zhǔn)確到0.1 mm,Hugetall在每一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊的整個(gè)試驗(yàn)面上均勻分布地壓出五個(gè)壓痕,五個(gè)壓痕硬度值的算術(shù)平均值即標(biāo)定為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊的硬度值。

每一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)塊上都標(biāo)記了這些內(nèi)容,在標(biāo)定試驗(yàn)時(shí)測(cè)得的硬度值的算術(shù)平均值,如66. 3HRC,Hugetall的名稱或標(biāo)志,序列號(hào)。
