HT-M80系列在線式密度(濃度)傳感器是一款基于靜壓式原理的高精度密度(濃度)測量儀表。

HT-M80系列在線式密度(濃度)傳感器是一種連續(xù)在線測量液體密度的儀表,主要用于工業(yè)過程自動化控制。根據(jù)介質(zhì)密度變化產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的4-20mA 模擬信號,同時可經(jīng)過轉(zhuǎn)換輸出數(shù)字信號便于遠程校準與監(jiān)控。根據(jù)工業(yè)過程的不同,密度可以表示為 :Brix 度,GL 度,Baume 度、Plato 度和濃度百分比。

 

HT-M80系列在線式密度(濃度)傳感器可廣泛應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)場管道上、敞口或密閉儲存罐等工業(yè)現(xiàn)場,可連續(xù)、實時在線測量管道或罐體的液體密度。

HT-N10振動式在線粘度計由傳感器探頭和變送器組成,可實時在線檢測液體粘度,并輸出4-20mA線性信號方便工業(yè)現(xiàn)場自動化控制,產(chǎn)品一體化設(shè)計,方便安裝在反應(yīng)釜,反應(yīng)槽和在線管路上,實時測量不受溫度,壓力等因素的影響。
頂裝式旋轉(zhuǎn)粘度計
HT-N12系列在線粘度計是由不同形狀的同軸圓柱體為測量系統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)粘度計,測量的實質(zhì)是在圓柱系統(tǒng)中的間隙上 (測量間隙)產(chǎn)生剪切。
恒定的角速度由粘度計的驅(qū)動裝置(轉(zhuǎn)子)驅(qū)動測量單元(通過磁耦合或剛性桿)旋轉(zhuǎn),施加的扭矩使測量單元在被測流體中旋轉(zhuǎn)以測定粘度,這個扭矩與扭力傳感器偏轉(zhuǎn)的角度成正比并由傳感器轉(zhuǎn)換成4-20 mA電信號輸出。
輸出的4-20 mA信號通過電子單元處理,可用作流變學參數(shù)粘度的直接顯示、記錄和控制。
